His estate is located in the hilly area of Kopanistres, only couple of kilometers away from Sami port, overlooking the homonymous bay.
In a four acres forest of local trees are situated three traditional stone houses.
The total project is new – since the construction had finished in 2007 – but the engineers and workers are put together their knowledge and efforts in order to revive the
Old Kefalonian Style which have been used at the beginning of the century to the village houses.
Firm solid stone walls, huge oak logs are the main local ingredients together with some newest materials like concrete and central heating are giving an excellent profile, which can be used for holidays all over the year.
Each of the premises have it’s own land around, so guests are feeling free to walk around the countryside and enjoy, their private outdoor swimming pool, barbeque area, veranda and garden. Lush plantation by a variety of trees and greenery gives to the buildings privacy and unique character.

Car hire is advisable in order to have freedom to explore the local area, the entire island’s beauties and enjoy the attractions of Kefalonia.
But if you are looking for total isolation, spiritual rejuvenation and complete independence from driving, is possible since food hampers can be arranged according to preferences, so you minimize your visits to the nearest town.
Apart of the breathtaking views from the area, the magnificent scenery and light reflections, activities suitable for the family and all year around can be found nearby. Within each house a satellite flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and wireless internet connection for your laptop is available. The owners in spite of the fact that, they adore the natural way of life and open fire places have installed with woods supplies for the winter, they try to keep up also with the technology.
